Introduction

High efficiency concentrator is suitable for the dehydration of ore concentrate and tailings in ore beneficiation plants and it is widely used in metallurgy, chemistry, coal, non-ferrous metal beneficiation and environmental protection industry. High efficiency thickner is not just a pure sediment machine, but a new type of dehydration equipment combining with the filtration property of the slurry layer. 

Coal concentrator can be divided into centre driven concentrator, traction concentrator, high efficiency concentrator, sludge concentrator, batch concentrator, vertical sedimentation and radical sedimentation continuous concentrator.

Features

(1) Add flocculating agent to increase the grain size of the falling solid particles to accelerate the falling process.

(2) Install an inclined board to shorten the falling distance of the ore particles and increase the falling area.

(3) Perform the functions of flocculating, filtering, concentrating and improving the processing quantity.

(4) High efficiency concentrator is equipped with comprehensive automatic control device. 

The high efficiency concentrator is mainly composed of concentration basin, rake scraper, transmission device, rake lifting device, feeding device, discharging device and signal safety device. 

The main working features of ore concentrator is that add some flocculant in the ore pulp to be concentrated to make the ore particles in the ore pulp to form flocs to accelerate the sediment, thus improving the concentration efficiency.

High efficiency concentrator is mainly used for dealing with slurry, waste water and slag in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemistry, building material and environmental protection department and it has important significance for improving water utilization ratio and transmission density of underflow and protecting the environment.
