1.The optimization of crushing cavity.

The structure of the crushing chamber has decided the important indicators of its production capacity, power consumption, wear and product size, etc. In order to give full play to the single particle crushing and granular group material layer, we analyze the crushing cavity crushing plate and the circumference of the rotor between the geometric curves. Through dynamic simulation test on a computer, the jaw mouth gap is influenced by the amount and the crushing effect between the two rollers. We have found better crushing embedded curve and the embedding angle to optimize the crushing cavity. The whole crushing chamber particle density has maintained a relatively good dynamic performance of a better rate from sparse to dense and crushing cavity tooth angle.

2.The structure optimization of rotor.

In order to make the rotor crush the lump ore into particles rapidly to achieve the desired particle size, while ensuring the lump ore into the machine basically no big fluctuation with the optimization of the rotor structure; increase the hammerhead overhang; the establishment of the model of hammer arranged according to hammer wear and rotor dynamic balance; the hammer plate welded into a whole, enhance the structure strength of the rotor; do targeted design of rotor according to the different ore properties and soil.

3.The reasonable selection hammerhead material.

According to the content of SiO2, sediment and water, the selection of hammer head adopts super high manganese alloy or alloy steel mould. The high hardness material with super high manganese alloy hammer. Due to the addition of Cr, Mo and V elements to grain refinement, it improves the strength and toughness of hammerhead.
